60-Day Return Window You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition
- All packaging and accessories must be included

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is at your expense
- If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged product), we'll cover shipping
- Delays due to customs or shipping carriers outside our control are not valid reasons for return
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. It may take a few extra days for your bank to post it.
Exchanges Want a different flavor or variant? Let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Products Received something damaged or defective? Contact us right away at support@healthygum.com. We'll send you return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact our team to cancel.
