Shipping & Delivery — Healthy Gum

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday). During sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time Delivery: 6–10 days (after processing).

Shipping Costs Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat rate of $4.95.

Double-Check Your Address Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Once your order is processed, we can't guarantee address changes.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or something's missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for:

• A photo of the packaging
• A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)
• A brief description of the issue

If the gum itself is fine but only the outer packaging is damaged, we're unable to offer a replacement or refund.
